| CONSTRUCTION |
The chassis
of the machine is
made of
anodized dural;
the panels are
produced in
mild steel
and all
mechanical parts
are treated
against corrosion. The
design allows
good access
to all
parts of

| THERMOFORMING |
Negative forming

The film
is heated
and blown
into the shape
of the
mould
by vacuumed
air. |
| LOADING |
This can
be automatically
carried out,

| SEALING |
The sealing
roll heater
is developed
by TECHNOBLIST
it doesn’t
need compressed
air for
loading and
unloading, it
is working
on Electro-cam
mechanism, Rounded profile,

seal is

at all
points of
the sealing
area, Uniform temperature,
Accurate and
adjustable temperature

| CUTTING |
The packs
are die
cut to
shape The
punch cutting
tool is
produced from
hardenedsteel and
incorporates edge
to edge
cutting thereby
eliminating center
wastage and ensure
perfect alignment. |
| DISCHARGE |
The finished
packs are
discharged from
the machine
on a
conveyor which
moves upwards
to support
the pack during
cutting. The
waste film
is automatically
collected on
other side. |
| PRINTING |
The TB-Blister
pack can
be fitted
with :- Embossing unit, Ink-printer. |
| TOOL CHANGING |
Partial {thermoforming
mould} or
complete set
of change
parts can be
quickly and
easily carried
out. |
| OPERATION |
The design
of the TB-Blister pack
is such
that to obtain the
best results,
it is not necessary
to have
a skilled technician
for its
