SALIENT FEATURES
The machine has three sections as described below.

Feeding Section
The section consists of the followings:

  • Hopper

  • Dry powder collector made of Stainless steel.

Inspection Section

The section consists of a vary speed conveyor.
The capsules, while moving on the conveyor revolve along their axis due to  the angular guides, thus can be inspected. 

Polishing  Inspection

This section is constituted of:

  • Filter cloth

  • Revolving variable speed spiral nylon brush

  • Stainless steel powder collector

  • Vaccum dust collector

Each capsule is polished twice, in two chambers, thus imparting a glossy finish
