'REVA' ROTARY BOTTLE WASHING MACHINE (G.M.P. MODEL)

Designed to clean vials, bottles or  similar containers by subjecting each to series of distinct processing operation. Independent line connections for various processing systems are provided. The machine is also equiped with the additional connection for washing or rinsing the outside of the container.

The diving mechanism is arranged in the bottom part and is provided with a Geneva Mechanism. The rotation speed in one round per minute with capacity to wash 100 bottoles per minute. Maximum dia of bottol 85 mm. It is provided with individual solenoid valves for each  Wash controlled  by  a panel board.                             

The machine is provided with 5 stations including one for spraying on top of the    bottle for outside cleaning depending on requirement of the client. The remaining 4 stations can be connected to jets of detergent, steam / hot water, distilled D.I. Water and air. The machine works on A.C. 440 Volts, 0.5 H.P.3 phase motor.The machine is supplied with 2 tanks of S.S. 316 qlty.75 ltrs. each, one for detergent and other for hot  water, fitted with thermostatically controlled 6 K.W. heater and other for fresh water/  D.M. water provided with S.S. float. The machine is fitted with higher capacity Centrifugal Pumps (2 Nos.) with 1 H.P.Motor. for sufficient water and pressure required to wash bigger  sized bottles.                            

The specially designed cups are provided on the platform to accommodate any size of bottle from 100 ml. To 500 ml.  All contact parts are made out of S.S. 316 Quality and body cladded with S.S. 304, 18 Gauge sheet. Stainless Steel parts polished as matt finish by 120 grit. The machine requires two operators, one for loading the bottles and the other for unloading.
