The vials are kept on the feed table and pushed
into the built in rotary table. From the rotary table the vials move into the in feed worm automatically by
means of an inverting
plate.
The vials are transferred, mouth down, further
into the vial carrier. The washing is done by subjecting the vials to a predetermined wash sequences. While
on the carrier the vials are guided over a series of
nozzles, which are connected to various wash
sequences. After passing through the washing zone the vials
move into the discharge worm on the other side. Here they are inverted
again by an inverting plate. So, that they resume their vertical position and are moved out of the machine
straight into the drying funnel or collecting tray as desired. An
antisplash acrylic cover is provided over the wash assembly.
Wash assembly:
The vial carrier with appropriate slot carry the vials mouth
down word over a series
of fixed spraying nozzles. The nozzles are divided into various
sectors depending upon the number of washes and their duration. The
nozzles in turn are connected to various suppliers including a
filtered air sources. Normally each
wash is followed by an air wash and vials then moved onto out
going worm. Two Stainless Steel tanks, complete with powerful
centrifugal type pumps and filters are provided in the bottom portion of the machine.
The connecting pipes are led through valves and
pressure gauges on the top portion. A double air filter ensures clean
air supply. The air sources is to be provided by the customer. A
specially designed rubber cladded guide ring automatically
rotates the valves
which move over the spraying nozzles.

Customer’s specifications.
Machine is provided with feeding platform near rotating table.
A height adjustment vial loader is also provided to easy loading of
the vials.
In unloading the outgoing worm pushes out the
washed vials in vertical position with sufficient thrust to pass over the collecting tray. 2 Nos.
stainless steel tanks with centrifugal pumps are provided. Suitable
filters are for assuring particle free wash. Distilled water drained
after final rinse can be used again for the first wash.
All contact parts are made out of S.S. 316
Quality and body cladded with S.S 304
18 Gauge sheet. Stainless Steel parts polished as matt finish
by 120 grit. The machine works on 0.5 H.P. 440 volts and gaerbox to
give 2 RPM output.
