SPRAY COATING MACHINE
(FOR COATING IN CONVENTIONAL COATING PAN)

The vessel is made out of s.s.316 quality thick sheet, argon arc welded and mirror polished.  The top of the vessel is dish end type provided with safety valve, airvent, air inlet, liquid outlet, pressure guage and charging hole with screw type cap.

The liquid is pressurised by compressed air & sprayed through nozzle at 20 PSI approx.  The liquid and air flow can be adjusted/controlled separately by needle valve.

It is also provided with neoprene/silicon ‘O’ ring to withstand 50 PSI pressure & pneumatic (air) motor with stirrer for agitation the solution.  The whole machine mounted on four nos. s.s.legs with castor wheel.

NOZZLES
A specially designed nozzle is provided to get uniform conical spray.  The spray assembly can be provided with maximum three nozzles as per customer’s requirement.  The assembly can be adjusted horizontally, vertically, angularly and mounted on separate s.s.stand

USES
It is used for film coating of tablets, granules and machine can be used for two coating pan at a time by having one extra spray assembly with stand
