‘REVA’  TRIPLE ROLLER MILL MACHINE(G.M.P.MODEL)    

Suitable for grinding ointment, paste, paints, printer’s Ink etc.in the pharmaceutical, plastc industry. The machine is conducted on a closed sheet iron base, with in-built foot mounting, for floor positioning.

Two work-table selves with stainless steel tops are supplied for placing at both front and rear of the machine. The three horizontal precision ground hard chromed rollers made from stainless steel with surface hardness. The roller size 86mm Dia. x 300 mm long. The side scrapers are fixed with charging-hopper being movable up & down with compression spring  & knob to secure appropriate working pressure of side scraper against the roller. The expendiently designed, discharging scraper. Spout is made out of stainless steel and is provided  with changable sectional. The scraper spout can be removed without the use of tools. Hand wheel for adjusting rear and front rollers are conveniently suitable on the bilatral gear housing. Outpur 35 kgs. approximetely.                                          

The machine  works on 1 H.P., 3 phase 440 volt motor with reducion gear fitted with ‘V’ Belt pulley drive.                           

All contact parts are of S.S. 316 qlty. and  body cladded with S.S. 304,18 Gauge sheet. All Stainless Steel parts polished as matt finish by 120 grit.
