A.1.1 Coating Pan (S.S.316)
Horizontal, cylindrical vessel (Pan) of sizes 940mm diameter. Having welded on torispherical dished ends at both sides. The shell body is perforated properly (triangular pitch) to ensure optimum hot air inlet. The pan having a frontal opening for easy loading an unloading of tablets.

A.1.2 Pan Drive
The pan driven by 2 H.P. flameproof (FLP) motor through suitable reduction gearbox to achieve a variable rotational speed 2 – 10 RPM by means of Variable Frequency Drive (VFD).

A.1.3 Baffles (S.S.316)
Special type baffles with proper spacing are provided inside the pan for exposing all the tablet surfaces to get uniform coating and tablet (rolling) turning while rotating of the pan.

A.1.4 Wash Sink (S.S.304)
A wash sink with proper drainage is provided at the lower plenum of the cabinet to conduct the washing of the perforated pan by increasing the speed of the pan in wash solution.

A.1.5 Lamp (FLP)
A flameproof (FLP) electric lamp is fitted on the top wall at the cubical above the coating pan to ensure sufficient effulgence to the working zone.
This zone mainly comprises solution storage vessel, peristaltic pump, spray gun.

B.1 Solution Storage Vessel (S.S.316)

Vertical, cylindrical solution vessel of capacity 50 litres having welded on flat bottom and detachable type flat top cover, fitted with top entry, vertically mounted, centered driven agitator by pneumatic agitator.

B.2 Peristaltic Pump
Peristaltic pump of single head for precise and rapid priming facility for proper and accurate dosing of solution, supply shall be complete with solution transfer tube.
Make : Ravel Hiteck / Equivalent. Watson Marlow can be provided at extra cost.

B.3 Spray Gun (S.S. 316)
Taiwan Make Highly sophisticated and efficient 2 Nos. spray guns free from choking problem controls both the application rate and the droplet size for all type of coating. The guns are mounted on SS retractable header with angle adjustable arrangement, depending on the shape, size and pattern of rolling of tablets. After withdrawing / operation, the retractable header can rotate up to 90˚ for easy cleaning / washing.
Blowers and Air filter with electric heating arrangements are housed separately in the service zone to avoid sound pollution as well as to avoid interference of the maintenance people in the production zone.

C.1 Inlet Air Filters
The air intake section has a full face external flange for attachment of angle intact, or and extended inlet air duct. Inlet system comprising of 20 Micron Pre-Filter, 5 Micron Fine Filter & 0.3 Micron HEPA Filter.

C.2 Inlet & Exhaust Blower (M.S. duly Painted)
The said blowers are centrifugal types. The fans shall be dynamically balanced and with backward curved blades. Material of Construction MS duly painted.

C.3 Electric Heaters (S.S 304)
The heaters shall be of U-Shaped multi pass heat exchanger providing adequate heat transfer area to ensure the temperature of air. The heaters are divided into three separate zones.

C.4 Fine Filter having porosity of 5 Microns.

C.5 HEPA Filter
HEPA filter of 0.3 Microns.
Note : The quantum of exhaust air is higher than inlet air creates negative pressure at coating zone, thus faster drying take place.

C.6 Position Controller
The inlet and outlet of the TABLET COATING SYSTEM shall be provided with Position Control Damper by which quantum of air at inlet and outlet can be controlled whenever required, from the control panel.
The system comprising of MS Vertical, cylindrical having welded on torispherical dished end on top and bottom duly mounted on MS skirt support complete with inbuilt filter bag, pneumatic cylinder (for timely shaking) and outlet / exhaust blower. The said unit made up of M.S. duly painted with heat resistant paint.

It can be made out of S.S.304 at extra cost.
WIP system will be provided along with spray nozzles, pump and fittings.
An attachment for Tablet Loading & Unloading can be provided at an extra cost. It is being made up of S.S. 316 Quality.
A Power Panel comprises of contactors, relays, fuse links with base, transformers, ON-OFF switch etc. Proper ferruling and color coding will be provided for the wirings. Power panel will also include pressure sensor and solenoids for control devices shall be mounted at servicing zone.

All product contact parts are made of SS-316 grade. The finish employed externally, will be all welds ground smooth, polished into the surrounding materials and mirror finished. All of the external surfaces of the TABLET COATING SYSTEM and all non-contact / sight parts will be prepared with a uniform fine texture mat. Finish. All of the product contact surfaces (SS-316) are mirror finished. Particular attention has been paid to reduce any source of material Entrapment by mirror polishing flush all welds to create crevice free profiles both internally and externally.
RIDDHI TABLET COATING SYSTEM is operated through a user-friendly integrated control panel suitable for manual and automatic operation. The panel includes PLC. The material of construction of the panel shall be of AISI 304Q. The panel having the following features:

Make : Schneider / Equivalent.
1. Auto. Controlled process parameters with indication & display such as:

+ Inlet / Outlet Air Temperature.
+ BED / cabinet temperature.
+ Pan RPM.
+ Spray on time.
+ Product wise parameter / programming memory.

2. Automatic stoppage of spray in case of:

+ Pan rotation stops.
+ Exhaust blower stops.
+ Hot air blower stops.
+ Atomization air pressure falls below set point.

02.REQUIRED UTILITIES :

1.Customer has to arrange leveled ground surface with provision for foundation.
2.Current rating of the machine will be : 415V / 50 Hz. / 3 Phase. Customer has to arrange for main isolating switch alongwith required MCBs etc. Customer has to arrange for main supply cable from main isolating switch to location of machine / control panel.
3.Compressed air and water is not required for operation of the machine. Hence it can be kept as per customer’s requirement for cleaning and washing purpose.
4.Other utilities may be required to run the machine as per customer’s requirement. Mansonary, plumbing, site wiring etc. types of works are in customer’s scope.
