Automatic volumetric liquid bottle filling machine work on volumetric principle with diving nozzles. The unit is made compact, versatile & enclosed in stainless steel elegantly matt finished body, consist of S.S. Salt Conveyor, Reciprocating Nozzle with self centering devices & S.S. Syringe. No container No filling system arrangement is standard features of the machine. The main drive of the machine and conveyor drives consist of A/c Motor with A/c Frequency drive.

OPERATION
Of Our Products

Containers moving on S.S. Slat conveyor, feed below the filling nozzles through a twin pusher system. The twin pusher system and reciprocating nozzles are precisely matched for centering of container below nozzles, to avoid spillage of liquid on container, To minimize foaming adjustable nozzles will reciprocate according to filling doze, nozzle will go upwards slowly from bottom level of bottle towards neck during filling. The dosing block with a hexagonal bolt fitted below syringes. This means different fill size can be easily set.

Technical Specifications Of Liquid Filling Machine

The unit is designed to be small, adaptable, and contained in stainless steel beautifully matt finish body. It includes a driving unit with a gear motor, eccentric drives, a syringe piston assembly, and a reciprocating nozzle with self-centering mechanisms. The bottle is manually placed into position for filling and then removed after filling. The pump only makes touch with the outside of the filling tube and never comes into contact with the product.
